American Pinball Has Been Sold

Breaking news in the world of pinball...minutes ago American Pinball announced that the company has been sold to JB Vincent LP, an investment arm of J. Bryan Vincent. According to the statement announcing the deal: "The acquisition positions American Pinball for renewed growth, expanded innovation and an expanded commitment to developing licensed titles paired with the highest-quality manufacturing in the industry" Below is the press release announcing the transaction. I will share more information as it becomes available.
UPDATE:
According to a recent business filing, the deal appears to have been filed a week ago. J. Bryan Vincent is based in San Angelo, TX. There is no word yet on whether American Pinball will remain in Illinois or move to Texas.
