Happy Beetlejuice Eve everyone. It's been pretty quiet in the worlds of arcade in pinball over the past several days, but I never like to go more than a day or two between articles, so here we are. The pinball world is anxiously awaiting its first look at Spooky Pinball's new game, Beetlejuice tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM Central time. Let me tell you, it definitely lives up to all the hype. I think that the people who pre-ordered one will be very happy with what they see. So what's going on in the meantime? Well, Dutch Pinball finally figured out a solution to how to ship out toppers to its current game Alice's Adventures in Wonderland separate from games for customers who never got theirs. They recently showed off some neat pictures of the game and toppers at its factory. They stated that the toppers are not coming in from their supplier as quickly as they had hoped but they are shipping out all new games with one and are slowly shipping toppers to customers who received their game without one. pinside_forum_8919990_1_57ad81a65f86.jpg pinside_forum_8919990_c782c2267aed.jpg pinside_forum_8919990_2_434971064ded.jpg

Over to the arcade side of things, this afternoon Digital Eclipse Studios released new DLC for its fantastic Atari 50 compilation. The latest expansion to the historical collection of games focuses on Atari's relationship with Namco, including the infamous 2600 port of Pac-Man. If you're into arcade and pinball history like I am, the documentary portion of this game alone is worth the price of admission.
