Stern Pinball Officially Reveals New Line of Accessories and New Code for Pokémon

By knapparcade

This afternoon, Stern Pinball officially revealed the line of accessories for its Pokémon pinball machine. By far, the highlight of them is the Magikarp topper, which is reminiscent of the iconic Billy Bass-esque flopping fish topper that came on Williams' popular 1992 game Fish Tales. To me, this topper is a home run. It'd different than the Black Knight moving head line of toppers and the flat plastic toppers that many games have had recently. The new topper, which retails for $1,499.99, unlocks an exclusive Magikarp Multiball that starts when players collect letters to spell out M-A-G-I-K-A-R-P. The letters carry over from game to game, also reminiscent of many games from the 90s. Other accessories in the collection include a Poké Ball Shooter Knob and the usual Stern speaker lights, blades, etc... - Magikarp Pokémon Topper: $1,499.99 - Poké Ball Shooter Knob: $174.99 - Side Armor: $399.99 - Side Armor Expression Lighting System: $249.99 - Cabinet Expression Lighting System: $299.99 - Speaker Expression Lighting System: $199.99 - Pokémon Inside Art Blades: $99.99 Today, Stern Pinball, Inc., the largest manufacturer of pinball games in the world, in collaboration with The Pokémon Company International, revealed and released a new line of pinball machine accessories for Pokémon by Stern Pinball , compatible with the Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition (LE) models. Upgrade your gaming experience with the Magikarp Pokémon topper. This topper features a mechanically animated Magikarp and mechanical wave motion over an ocean scene, RGB lighting, and M - A - G - I - K - A - R - P callout letters. Keep the excitement going as awarded letters will carry over from player to player and from game to game. Embark on your journey straight from the plunge with the Poké Ball shooter knob. This shooter knob features a sculpt of the iconic Poké Ball, adding a fun element to every Trainer’s journey.
